Public Records Request

The Borough of Forest Hills follows a specific procedure established by borough resolution for the release of public records based on the new Right to Know Law established by the state of Pennsylvania. The Borough’s Public Record Request Form can also be found in the Borough Policies section under Government.

Requests for public records must be submitted on the form provided to the borough office during business hours or dropped in the payment drop box outside the main entrance to the borough building after hours for review on the next business day. At this time we do NOT accept emailed forms. The resolution explains the procedure and outlines fees.
