The 2011 Forest Hills Borough property tax bills will be mailed in February. The following rates apply:
- Discount rate: Mar 1 through Apr 30
- Face rate: May 1 through Jun 30
- Penalty rate: after Jun 30
- 2010-2011 Woodland Hills School District Property Tax

Your property tax bill is calculated by multiplying your Allegheny
County
assessment amount by the millage rate. For example, the property tax
bill for a house assessed at $100,000 located in Forest Hills is
$3,969.
Income Taxes
- Borough Earned Income Tax - Tax Rate 1%
- Taxes must be deducted from paychecks by all Pennsylvania employers
(see further information below). However, it is each taxpayer's
responsibility to ensure that taxes are paid.
