2008 RECREATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Background The recreation board is an advisory body that reports to
borough council and makes recommendations on all aspects of the borough's recreation program. It is staffed by the
Marketing and Events Director and the Assistant Recreation Director, with each reporting to the
Borough Manager.
Membership on the board is open to all residents of Forest Hills.
Typically membership positions are open March 1 and the borough
advertises for volunteers to fill such positions as early as December
of the previous year.
Other vacancies are filled as openings occur and are advertised at the
borough building and in the newspaper. Anyone interested
in membership on the board should contact the borough office or a
current board member for information.
