Council Policies
Council formulates policies on
various issues from time to time covering a wide variety of topics.
Policies are usually not set by ordinance but by simple vote of
the majority of council. They may also be established by
resolution. Some are issued by the manager with the
knowledge of council. Some involve internal procedures for
employees and are not shown here. Others may affect citizens of
Forest Hills or may require the completion of a form or application.
Those are shown here and will be updated as necessary.
