may be downloaded and submitted to the borough by fax or at the borough
office (we cannot accept forms via email). Contact the
borough
code enforcement officer or zoning officer for information or
assistance in completing the forms. Forms must contain all
requested information
and
include all required documentation, fees, deposits and escrows for an
application to be considered
complete. Consult the appropriate borough code chapter,
ordinance
or resolution for information, deadlines, costs, and timing
requirements.
These forms are provided online as a convenience only. Form
revisions will be placed here when time permits. However,
applicants must consult with the zoning officer or code enforcement
officer to ensure that the proper form is completed.
