may be downloaded and submitted to the borough by fax or at the borough
office (we cannot accept forms via email). Contact the
borough
code enforcement officer or zoning officer for information or
assistance in completing the forms. Forms must be complete
and
include all required documentation for an application to be considered
complete. Consult the appropriate borough code chapter,
ordinance
or resolution for information, deadlines, costs, and timing
requirements.
