PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS

The Borough of Forest Hills follows a specific procedure established by borough resolution for the release of public records.  A copy of the resolution may be found by clicking on the link below.  A copy of the borough's Public Record Request Form is also linked below.  Both are PDF files which may be downloaded and printed.  You must have a PDF file viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat (available here), to view the contents of each document.

Requests for public records must be submitted on the form provided to the borough office during business hours or dropped in the payment drop box outside the main entrance to the borough building after hours for review on the next business day.  At this time we do NOT accept emailed forms.  The resolution explains the procedure and outlines fees.
